Precision Machining & Turning<\/h2>\n

Our skilled machinists deliver precision even to the most exacting specifications<\/h3>\n

Featuring Okuma CNC turning centers, we have the ability to turn up to 18″ diameter by 23″ length, while achieving tolerances of less than 0.001″ on diameter and length.<\/p>\n

We also have experience in hard turning, including high-chrome alloys such as 52100 that have been hardened to 62 HRc.<\/p>\n

Our complete machining and fabrication capabilities include a wide range of grinding<\/h3>\n

With the capability of OD\/Cylindrical Grinding up to 12″ diameter by 36″ long, and surface grinding up to 12″ x 24″, there is not much we can’t handle. We can also ID grind up to 10″ diameter.<\/p>\n
