Precision Machining & Turning

Our skilled machinists deliver precision even to the most exacting specifications

Featuring Okuma CNC turning centers, we have the ability to turn up to 18″ diameter by 23″ length, while achieving tolerances of less than 0.001″ on diameter and length.

We also have experience in hard turning, including high-chrome alloys such as 52100 that have been hardened to 62 HRc.

Grinding

Our complete machining and fabrication capabilities include a wide range of grinding

With the capability of OD/Cylindrical Grinding up to 12″ diameter by 36″ long, and surface grinding up to 12″ x 24″, there is not much we can’t handle. We can also ID grind up to 10″ diameter.
